Requesting Updates to CCCApply Has Never Been Easier
Have a great idea for improving CCCApply? A new, centralized change request form makes it easier than ever to submit these ideas.
More than 85% of CCCApply’s fields are mandated by legislation, but now college staff can request updates to non-legislated aspects of the application by completing a simple online form. This form outputs all CCCApply enhancement requests into a single document for annual review by the Chancellor’s Office Digital Innovation and Infrastructure team.
For those interested in requesting updates to CCCApply for the 2025 calendar year, please complete the update request form by the October 31 submission deadline.
The form can be used to request updates to any one of the four applications — Standard, Noncredit, International, or California College Promise Grant. The form will remain available after the deadline, but requests received after that date may not be considered until the 2026 review cycle. Please see the form header for additional information.
If you have questions about the change request process, please reach out to the Technology Center College Experience Managers at cems@ccctechcenter.org.
