CCC TechConnect was integral in helping community colleges ramp up for the fall semester by offering live online Zoom trainings for faculty and staff at no charge. Funded by a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, TechConnect’s mission is to offer technology solutions and support to enhance the online learning experience and boost student success.
An improved helpdesk platform for students and staff allows more ways to communicate and provides better organization and an expanded use of forums to enhance support for users of the tools within the Ed Tech portfolio stewarded by the California Community Colleges Technology Center.
More than 10 million California Community College IDs (CCCIDs) have been issued since the account creation process was established. Colleges that adopt this unique student identifier for reporting purposes are able to tie together longitudinal data in support of student success.
