In an effort to increase engagement with the field and help colleges do more with the systemwide technologies and resources available, the Enabling Services and Support team at the CCC Technology Center has started an “office hours” series of online training sessions.

The first of these, held Thursday, September 29, focused on boosting student applications using a specific report available to colleges that use the CCCApply college admissions application system.

“Each training session will focus on a specific feature or configuration of a Tech Center product that will help the colleges address a specific pain point or area of interest. The monthly office hours also give us an opportunity to engage with college personnel who are new to the CCC system or to their current role in the system.” – Michael Rajkumar, ESS Director

“The CCCApply Report Center”  will be the next topic in the series. With a focus on ad hoc reports available to CCCApply administrators, this training session is scheduled for noon on January 18. For more information about this series and to be added to a mailing list, please send a request to crms@ccctechcenter.org.

The CCC Technology Center is supported by the Core Applications, Data Services, and Shared Infrastructure program grants awarded to Butte-Glenn Community College District under RFAs 18-081-101, 18-081-102, and 18-084 to provide a variety of centralized technology offerings for all of California’s community colleges. These grants also fund the CCC Information Security Center and the CCC Accessibility Center.
