The In-Progress Applications Report in CCCApply is a tool that helps college staff gather data for outreach to prospective students who have shown interest in a campus but have not yet submitted an application.
It can also be used to survey students about why they haven’t submitted an application. For example: did the student decide to enroll at a different community college? Would they like assistance completing the application? Did they change their mind and decide not to enroll at this time?
At a time when community colleges are seeing lower enrollment, data such as this can inform a more tailored outreach to students, such as sending them information about upcoming registration events where they can get assistance.
The CCCApply In-Progress Applications report was the topic of a September 29 office hours training. The recording and slide deck are available here. College personnel interested in learning more about this report–or any other CCCApply topic–are encouraged to reach out to their college relationship manager at crms@ccctechcenter.org.
