What is Digital Futures?

Digital Futures works to develop the digital tools that will support colleges and students now and into the future. These efforts aim to achieve the ambitious student completion and equity goals defined in the Chancellor's Vision for Success, and build upon insights from the report "Charting New Paths to the Future", which examines how a large, established, and distributed system can provide innovative solutions for its students in an era of rapid change.

Digital Futures is an effort of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office to improve the student user experiences and outcomes through technology initiatives. Led by the Division of Digital Innovation and Infrastructure, Digital Futures works to support the goals and commitments laid out in the Vision for Success to support student success, transfer rates, and career education.
